Pride of Lancashire
This was quilt is designed on a simple squared grid but using as many variations of patterns within those squares that I could manage. There are no new fabrics, just what was in my stash and a generous donation from a patch working friend who sent me a fantastic array of of stripes and checks from her stash, which included seersucker, tana lawn and an unfinished shirt. The name comes from the label that I found on the Ebay vintage sheet that I used as the backing, and as a Lancashire lass it seemed entirely appropriate.
